HOW TO MAKE A GARDEN DELIGHT SEA MOSS SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS: 

Avocado, kiwi, cucumber, chia seeds, cucumber, and coconut water. 

Recipe

 

  • 1-2 tsp Yellow Dock Sea Moss Gel 
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup kiwi (sliced)
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Peel your one ripe avocado and remove the pit by slicing it in half and carefully using a spoon or knife to dislodge the hard core.
  • Peel your Kiwi fruits and slice them until you have 1 cup measured.
  • Peel and chop half a cucumber to prepare.
  • Add your prepared avocado, 1 cup of sliced kiwi, and half cucumber to the blender. 
  • Measure out 1-2 teaspoons (your preference) of our Yellow Dock Sea Moss Gel and add it to the mix. 
  • In a measuring cup, pour your preferred brand of coconut water until you have ½ cup. Add this to your blender carefully.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds for added texture. 
  • Securely cover your blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the thickness to your liking by adding more or less coconut water. The chia seeds may be visible in the smoothie, this is normal!
