HOW TO MAKE A PINEAPPLE PARADISE SEA MOSS SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

Fresh or frozen pineapple chunks, sea moss gel, coconut water or almond milk, and a touch of honey or agave for sweetness.

Recipe

  • 1-2 tsp Mango Pineapple Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
  • 1 apple (sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • If you’re planning to make this smoothie in the morning, make sure to prepare your frozen banana before bed. First, line a baking sheet with wax paper. Then, slice the banana and leave the pieces flat on the wax paper sheet to avoid them freezing together. Put in the freezer and leave overnight.
  • If you’re using a fresh mango, make sure to do the same process before bed. Skin and slice the mango, making sure to be careful of the core. Chop the mango into chunks. Then lay them flat on a wax paper sheet with your banana so that they don’t freeze together. Put in the freezer and leave overnight. If using pre-chunked and frozen mango, measure out 1/2 cup while preparing your smoothie.
  • Prepare your pineapple from your preferred packaging type. If you are using a whole, fresh pineapple, you will need to remove the core and skin before slicing it into chunks. If buying it pre-sliced, make sure to slice it into chunks until you have 1 full cup.
  • Peel and de-core your apple before slicing it. We recommend green apples for this recipe!
  • Add the apple slices, pineapple chunks, frozen banana slices, and frozen mango chunks to your blender.
  • Using your preferred brand of coconut milk, measure out 1/2 cup and carefully pour that into your blender with the fruit.
  • Measure out 1-2 teaspoons of our Mango Pineapple Sea Moss Gel to your preference and add this to your blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add ice for a cooler treat.

Customization Ideas

  • Protein Addition: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for a more filling smoothie.
  • Green Twist: Mix in a handful of spinach or kale for added nutrients without altering the tropical taste.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or sprinkle with chia seeds for an extra health kick.
