This Sea Moss Banana Blueberry smoothie with almond milk will fill your mornings up with delight and give you a healthy morning glow.
We will be adding one to two teaspoons of our natural sea moss gel for the extra nutrition to supply your body with vitamins and minerals so you can get through your day effortlessly.
This smoothie is an absolute favorite of mine, not only in the mornings but even after a lengthy workout. It is absolutely delicious and provides the body with protein to help your muscles recover faster.

So, to make you smoothie, all you need is:
- 1-2 TSP of Natural Sea Moss Gel
- 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla
- 1 medium ripe banana peeled
- 1/2 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or whole almonds if you have a very high-powered blender that will ensure the mixture is smooth)
Once you have all these ingredients, place all the ingredients in your blender in the order listed: almond milk, spinach, banana, avocado, blueberries, flaxseed meal, almond butter, and natural sea moss gel.
If you'd like a thicker smoothie, add a small handful of ice. For a thinner smoothie, add a bit more almond milk.
