Really love this product, I have been using it for a week so far and I can say the gummies really do curb your appetite. I take one in the morning and then at night, I drink a lot of water throughout the day, taste is good but never had an issue drinking an actual shot of vinegar.

I can’t say great because there is a slight vinegar taste but would not change a thing. My husband swears by the benefits of taking vinegar daily. I completely recommend this product.
