HOW TO MAKE A GARDEN DELIGHT SEA MOSS SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1-2 tsp Yellow Dock Sea Moss Gel
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup kiwi (sliced)
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Peel your one ripe avocado and remove the pit by slicing it in half and carefully using a spoon or knife to dislodge the hard core.
- Peel your Kiwi fruits and slice them until you have 1 cup measured.
- Peel and chop half a cucumber to prepare.
- Add your prepared avocado, 1 cup of sliced kiwi, and half cucumber to the blender.
- Measure out 1-2 teaspoons (your preference) of our Yellow Dock Sea Moss Gel and add it to the mix.
- In a measuring cup, pour your preferred brand of coconut water until you have ½ cup. Add this to your blender carefully.
- Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds for added texture.
