All emails are generally responded to within 24 hours during business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We provide tracking information to your email immediately as your package is shipped however you may need to allow 12 to 24 hours after item has been shipped for the tracking information to be readily updated.

Standard Shipping Times: Domestic orders (USA) may take 3-5 days to arrive (excluding holidays). International orders (Worldwide) may take 2-5 weeks to arrive (excluding holidays) depending on your location.


All orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped the following business day. Our Free Shipping service is offered by the USPS. However we do offer UPS and FedEx shipping at checkout. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding during these trying times.
