All emails are generally responded to within 24 business hours during business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We provide tracking information to your email immediately once your package is shipped however you may need to allow 12 to 24 hours after item has been shipped for the tracking information to be readily updated.
Standard Shipping Times:
All orders placed after 2:00pm [EST] will be processed on the following business day (except sea moss gels). Please allow for up to 72 business hours handling time as our sea moss gel products are freshly made per order and chilled for up to 12 hours to ensure maximum cooling prior to packaging and shipping to assist with maintaining room temperature or below during transportation. If there are unforeseen delays we will notify you immediately via email. All our products including our Sea Moss gels are shipped from our Florida facility.
We do not ship on the weekends to avoid delays of your packages in the shipping carrier warehouse. Our Free Shipping service is offered by the USPS. However we do offer UPS and FedEx shipping at checkout. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding during these trying times.
