All emails are generally responded to within 24 business hours during business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We provide tracking information to your email immediately once your package is shipped however you may need to allow 12 to 24 hours after item has been shipped for the tracking information to be readily updated.

Standard Shipping Times: 

  • Domestic orders (USA) may take 1-5 days to arrive (excluding holidays).
  • International orders (Worldwide) may take 1-3 weeks to arrive (excluding holidays) depending on your location.

 

All orders placed after 2:00pm [EST] will be processed on the following business day (except sea moss gels). Please allow for up to 72 business hours handling time as our sea moss gel products are freshly made per order and chilled for 12 to 24 hours to ensure maximum shelf life. If there are unforeseen delays we will notify you immediately via email. Our sea moss gels are shipped from our Florida facility while our gummies and capsules are shipped from our facilities in the West of the USA. 

We do not ship on the weekends to avoid delays of your packages in the shipping carrier warehouse. Our Free Shipping service is offered by the USPS. However we do offer UPS and FedEx shipping at checkout. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding during these trying times.
