Under the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information that we have registered on you. Resale Policy

In an effort to protect our brand and our customers, we do not authorize or support the reselling of our products anywhere, including but not limited to on websites like eBay, Amazon or any other marketplace, unless the products are purchased by a Teami-approved authorized reseller. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products, and to protect our customers we strictly enforce this policy to prevent counterfeit, altered, or expired products from being sold by unauthorized resellers. By purchasing our products from Teamiblends.com or through an authorized Teami reseller, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, including this policy. We will actively take legal action against violators.

Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer FREE U.S Shipping on orders $60.00+! (*Exclusions apply to Skincare Fridge)

**Notice: Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and an increase in our orders, it may take a bit longer than usual for your order to be delivered. We are working tirelessly to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while following all necessary precautions to keep our warehouse team healthy and safe. Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number, please follow your tracking information for the most recent updates on your package! 

After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 1 business day. Although we take extra precaution to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service conditions. Once the package has been updated as delivered by the shipping carrier, risk of damages to, or loss of the item passes to the recipient.

Please expect your package within 3-7 business days when choosing Standard Shipping.

Please contact our Customer Service team if you have not received your package within 7 business days of receiving your tracking number. 

Teami Blends ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Teami Blends, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund. Teami Blends does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the post office carrier. If your package has been stolen please seek information from our Customer Service Team.

**Notice: During Holidays our shipping times can vary due to influx of orders, please be patient as we carefully hand pack each one of your orders with love!

Packages shipped with USPS have been seen a noticeable slowdown in delivery as they are still catching up from the holiday. This includes orders sent with Free Standard Shipping.

Priority 2 Day Shipping: Teami has added a feature for our customers to be able to receive their orders faster by purchasing priority shipping through our checkout process! USPS provides us with a 2nd day delivery service to our customers! We ship out the order within 1 business day and then the post office takes it to where it needs to go! USPS has different zones of delivery which are not in Teami's control, therefore a Priority mail package may take up to 3 business days to arrive. The 2nd Day priority service is the USPS's estimation of how long it will usually take to arrive.

Orders that are placed on Friday will ship out Monday.

International Orders: Customs Regulations Weather Conditions and other factors may effect shipments that are going to international addresses. These are governed by UPS & USPS and not by Teami Blends. Due to the constant change in Customs Fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added onto your order. If customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges. Custom fees are calculated off the full price of the products, not including any discounts. 

Packages can take between 3-5 business days to arrive at the international carrier. It may then take an additional 10-15 business days to be delivered, depending on your country. If you have not received your package after 20 business days of receiving your tracking number please contact our Customer Service team.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: International shipping times apply to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Due to distance and shipping methods employed to get your package to you, please allow up to 10-15 business days. This is an average estimate from UPS and can take less or more time, depending on the season, weather and shipping conditions.

APO/FPO Addresses: Although APO/FPO addresses are considered in the United States, shipping may be delayed due to the remote locations. 3-15 shipping days may apply for these addresses, but are usually delivered faster!

If you have any questions or issues with your package, please contact our Customer Service team before contacting your bank or financial institution. Our lifestyle specialists are available M-F 9 am - 5 pm EST.

Please keep in mind your subscription will appear as “TEAMI, LLC” on your bank statement.

All prices are in USD. If you are outside of the US your bank will convert the charge to your local currency after purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must submit a cancellation notice immediately. Our Teami Shipping Team work incredibly fast to make sure that you get your tea as soon as possible!

You must send us a cancellation notice within two hours of your order to ensure that we have not already shipped it out! Your order can only be refunded if you have sent us your cancellation notice within this time. All cancellation notices should be sent to our Customer Service team with the subject Order Cancellation. Our office hours are M-F 9 am - 5 pm EST.

Preorder Policy

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-order") with Teami Blends LLC. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Teami Products.

By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Pre-Order Reservation
When placing a Pre-order for Teami products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Teami shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. 

2. Price & Payment
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Credit Card Payment, (2) PayPal (3) Amazon Payment. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.

3. Priority
Teami will ship Products according to the order in which the Pre-order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your order in accordance with the Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product Order list.

4. Delivery Schedule
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Teami does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Teami is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your Order as provided for in Section 5 below.

5. Cancellation
Buyer or Seller may cancel this Order by terminating the Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price. If Teami cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price.

6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Teami be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. In the event that Teami is held liable for any damages arising out or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.

7. Customer Information
We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions to which you may refer the Article 10 – Confidentiality (click here)

8. Change to the “Terms”
Teami reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel your Order as described in Section 5 above.


Return Policy

This Return Policy is applicable to the original purchaser of a Teami product only. If you are not fully satisfied or the product is delivered in a damaged condition, Teami may accept returns or exchanges of the product purchased directly from Teami through www.teamiblends.com only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The product must be received by Teami within 30 days of purchase; no returns will be accepted after this time period;
  • The original purchaser must provide the receipt or invoice as received when the order was placed directly from Teami; and,
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • In addition, if the product is damaged or an item is missing, a picture of the product at the time of delivery must be provided.
  • Teami Blends does not promise or guarantee any specific result or effect from using our teas. Teami Blend shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the results of the product will not be grounds for a refund. 

Skincare Fridge Refund / Cancellation Policy

We can't wait for you to get your Skincare Beauty Fridge and start chilling your favorite products! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your Teami Skincare Fridge please contact our Customer Service team so they can help answer any questions you may have!

Returns are eligible only if:

  • Return is made 14 days after purchase.
  • Product must be in original packaging + accessories are unopened.
  • If product truly is defective and doesn't work after attempting to troubleshoot the issue with our Customer Service team.
  • Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order and can not be refunded.  

Returns are not eligible for the following:

  • Return is made after the 14 day return window.
  • Original packaging is broken / damaged and accessories have already been open and used. 
  • Condensation in the skincare fridge is normal and is not a defect of the product. Returns can not be made for this reason. (The more products you have in your skincare fridge, the less condensation it will have. Fill it up!)

Luxe Skincare Fridge Warranty

This 3-Months limited warranty applies to repair and replacement if product, at Teami’s option, is found to be defective in material or workmanship.

1. This warranty only applies to personal, non-commercial use. This warranty is not applicable to any damage resulting from commercial, abusive, unreasonable use or supplemental damage. Defects that are the result of normal wear and tear will not be considered manufacturing defects under this warranty.


2. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from any unauthorized attempts to repair or from any use not in accordance with the instruction manual.

3. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of this product from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the unit is purchased new from Teami LLC or an authorized retailer and is non-transferable from the original purchaser of the item. Any warranties accompanied with this product is only valid in the country of purchase.

4. Unit is manufactured according to North American voltage specifications. Warranty is void if unit is plugged into a 220-230 volt outlet.

5. Please read the Instruction Manual carefully before setting up or using this product. If you believe this product to be suffering from a manufacturing fault, or if you have inquiries about this product, please contact our Customer Happiness Team:

When contacting Customer Happiness, please have the information below along with the proof of purchase. All warranty requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, which is a copy of the original receipt/invoice.

During National Holidays and end of the year promotions we get a higher rate of orders. Please be patient with us as we carefully hand pack your orders with love! Shipping times may vary.

Coupon Code Regulations and Restrictions

Only one coupon may be used per purchase and cannot be combined with any other deal. Sales, Flash Sales and Coupons that have expired can not be applied after the expiration date. Any refunds will be refunded with the amount purchased at the time of purchase. If a coupon was used at the time of purchase and the order is refunded, the amount will reflect the purchase including the coupon used.

Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to orders. Once an order has been placed, whether using a coupon or not, no coupon can be applied to that order. Coupons cannot be switched out or replaced retroactively on orders already placed.

If returning items for a refund that were purchased using a coupon code, the price of the order at the time of purchase is what will be refunded, provided they meet our Terms & Conditions on Returns*.

Products that are received for free through a coupon such as, but not limited to: "Free" or "Bogo" require that the entire order be returned in order to be refunded. In the case that the free item was returned alone, no refund will be granted, even if the free item is unopened or unused. Teami Blends assumes a reversal of the coupon if only the free item was returned. No partial refund will be granted as there is no value to the free item to be refunded to the customer.

Text/Email Marketing & Notifications

By subscribing to text and email notifications, you are providing Teami Blends your electronic signature expressly consenting to be contacted by telephone or email (including by automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, SMS and MMS) at the number provided or email, even if the number or email you provide is on a corporate, state, or national Do Not Call list.  You understand that your consent is not required to make a purchase. Teami Subscription Program Policy

Recurring Subscription

When starting a Teami Subscription, you agree to be billed in a recurring fashion on a per-order basis until your subscription is a) cancelled or b) paused.

Pausing Subscriptions

You can pause your subscription or skip your next order. If pausing, the subscription will remain paused until the requested resume date or if a resume date is not specified, the subscription will remain paused indefinitely.

You can pause or skip your subscription by logging into your Teami Account and managing your preferences.

Canceling Subscriptions

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. We do require any changes or cancellations made at least three days prior to your next order date. Please be aware, if you wish to cancel an order less than three days prior to your ship date, Teami Blends is unable to cancel or issue a refund.

We do send a courtesy email reminding customers of their ship dates five days prior to the scheduled ship date, which we feel is an ample amount of time to update their subscription. That being said, this is sent as a courtesy and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to track their own subscription.

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your Teami Account and managing your preferences.

Subscription Returns & Refunds

We ask that you manage your subscription and skip any orders that you do not want shipped to you. You can change your subscription settings 3 days in advance of your next shipment if you wish to pause, skip or delay your next order.

If the subscription preferences are not changed- you will receive your Teami products on time, automatically shipped to your doorstep!

Subscription FAQ

Can I change the frequency of my shipments after I placed my initial order?

Yes, you totally can! You can adjust the order frequency of your shipments from the 'Your Subscription' tab within your account. There's also a calendar option where you can choose to schedule your shipment for any date in the next 90 days

Can I pause my subscription if I’m out of town or just need a break?

Yup- just skip your next shipment or shipments! From the 'Your Subscription' tab within your account, on the left-hand side of the page you can click the 'Skip Shipment' button. Your Teami Subscription products will always remain 20% off!

Can the products within my subscription vary or do I need to keep it the same with every order?

Yes, you can definitely vary your products to your liking! Add new products to your subscription at any time! From the 'Your Subscription' tab within your account, you can adjust the products and quantity and frequency of deliveries at any time.

Am I able to cancel just one order if I’m out of town or if I have extra product from my last order?

Totally, you can use the 'Skip Shipment' option whenever needed from the 'Your Subscription' tab within your account!

Can I join the Membership if I live outside of the US?

Unfortunately, right now we only have our membership program available to addresses located in the USA.

Can I add a newly released product to my subscription?

Yes, yes, yes! All new product launches are revealed to our Communitea Members first before launching to the rest of our customers. Join our Exclusive Communitea FB Group to get more sneak peeks here.

Can I have multiple products on one subscription account?

ABSOLUTELY! You can have as many Teami products as you’d like on one subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. We do require any changes or cancellations made at least three days prior to your next order date. Please note, and this is important, if you wish to cancel an order less than three days prior to your ship date, Teami Blends is unable to cancel or issue a refund.

One of the products on my subscription is out of stock. Will my entire order be held?

Yes, unfortunately when one item on a subscription order is out of stock, the entire order will be held until all products on the order are back in stock. If you’d like to receive the remainder of your order, you can delete that item from your subscription and reset the order date to the next business day. If you need help with this, please feel free to contact us!

Are there any hidden / extra fees?

Never! There are no hidden fees, ever. :). All orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for free shipping over $60 with our subscription membership. State tax is added, per state, if applicable.

How do I “swap” one product for another?

Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscription”. Now that you are viewing your subscription, select “Manage” and “Swap Product”. Click the button depicting swap arrows, located under “Manage”. Choose the product that you wish to swap and click, “Yes, swap product”.
