Artemisia (Mugwort) is one of the most recognized herbs in traditional women's steam blends, valued across many cultures for its aromatic, antioxidant-rich properties.* The remaining botanicals were chosen to create a balanced, warming steam experience.
How to Use
Steep the herbs in hot water for 5–10 minutes. Pour the infusion into your yoni steam seat, allow the steam to cool to a comfortable temperature, and sit for 20–30 minutes. Many women make this a weekly practice.
Important: Do not use if pregnant, possibly pregnant, menstruating, if you have an IUD, or if you have an active infection. Never use steam that feels hot or uncomfortable. I love These products but I had a question about the rose yoni oil, I tried calling and got no answer 3 times. The functions say provide vaginal secretion, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, relieves menstrual pain, vaginal tightening and deodorizes. The box and the bottle say two different things. CAN YOU PUT THE OIL INSIDE THE VAGINA?
